Article L3352-4-1 of the French Public Health Code

The following is punishable by a fine of €3,750

1° The opening of a public house referred to in articles L. 3331-2 or L. 3331-3 without making the declaration provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 3332-4-1 at least fifteen days in advance and in writing;

2° A change in the person of the owner or manager or a change in the location of the public house referred to in articles L. 3331-2 or L. 3331-3 without making the declaration provided for in the last paragraph of article L. 3332-4-1 within the prescribed period and in writing.

Article L3352-4-1

Est punie de 3 750 € d’amende :

1° L’ouverture d’un débit de boissons mentionné aux articles L. 3331-2 ou L. 3331-3 sans faire quinze jours au moins à l’avance et par écrit la déclaration prévue au premier alinéa de l’article L. 3332-4-1 ;

2° La mutation dans la personne du propriétaire ou du gérant ou la modification de la situation du débit de boissons mentionné aux articles L. 3331-2 ou L. 3331-3 sans faire dans le délai prévu et par écrit la déclaration prévue au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 3332-4-1.
