Article L3423-2 of the French Labour Code

The minimum growth wage for Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin is set each year by decree in the Council of Ministers, taking into account the local economic situation as shown by the economic accounts of the department in question.
