Article L3426-1 of the French Public procurement code

The following provisions are applicable in French Polynesia to concession contracts entered into by the State or its public establishments, subject to the powers devolved to this collectivity, in the wording resulting from Law no. 2020-1525 of 7 December 2020 on the acceleration and simplification of public action, unless otherwise stated in the table below.

Article L3426-1

Les dispositions suivantes sont applicables en Polynésie française aux contrats de concession conclus par l’Etat ou ses établissements publics, sous réserve des compétences dévolues à cette collectivité, dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2020-1525 du 7 décembre 2020 d’accélération et de simplification de l’action publique, sauf mention contraire dans le tableau ci-après.
