Article L3431-1 of the French Labour Code

Employees of companies subject to the provisions of Book III operating in Wallis and Futuna or the French Southern and Antarctic Territories benefit from profit-sharing and employee savings plans under the same conditions as employees of these companies working in the départements of mainland France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin or Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

Les salariés des entreprises soumises aux dispositions du livre III exerçant leur activité à Wallis et Futuna ou dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises bénéficient de l’intéressement, de la participation et du plan d’épargne salariale dans les mêmes conditions que les salariés de ces entreprises travaillant dans les départements de métropole, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin ou à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
