Article L351-13 of the French Labour Code

The following are entitled to the allowance provided for in article L. 351-10, subject to the conditions of age and previous activity laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat :

1° Fishermen on board vessels meeting the conditions relating either to their tonnage or their length set by the above-mentioned decree;

2° Occasional dock workers;

3° Self-employed artists, if they are not entitled to insurance benefits.

Ont droit à l’allocation prévue à l’article L. 351-10, selon des conditions d’âge et d’activité antérieure qui sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat :

1° Les marins pêcheurs embarqués sur des bateaux remplissant une condition relative, soit à leur tonnage, soit à leur longueur fixée par le décret mentionné ci-dessus ;

2° Les ouvriers dockers occasionnels ;

3° Les artistes non-salariés, dès lors qu’ils ne peuvent prétendre au bénéfice des allocations d’assurance.
