Article L351-6 of the French Consumer Code

For the application of article L. 351-5 :

1° The references to the Insurance Code and to the training certificate issued for persons responsible for providing borrowers with explanations of loans are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same effect;

2° In article L. 314-6, the words: “75,000 euros” are replaced by the words: “8,950,000 CFP francs”;

3° For the application of article L. 314-24, the words: “, the provision of the advisory service referred to in articles L. 313-13 and L. 313-14” are deleted;

4° For the application of article L. 314-25, the words: “to L. 312-3” are replaced by the words: “and L. 312-2”.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 351-5 :

1° Sont remplacées par les références aux dispositions applicables localement ayant le même effet, les références au code des assurances et à l’attestation de formation établie pour les personnes chargées de fournir à l’emprunteur les explications sur les prêts ;

2° A l’article L. 314-6, les mots : “ 75 000 euros ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ 8 950 000 francs CFP ” ;

3° Pour l’application de l’article L. 314-24, les mots : “, la fourniture de service de conseil mentionné aux articles L. 313-13 et L. 313-14 ” sont supprimés ;

4° Pour l’application de l’article L. 314-25, les mots : “ à L. 312-3 ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ et L. 312-2 ”.
