Article L3513-5 of the French Public Health Code

It is forbidden to sell or offer vaping products free of charge to minors under the age of eighteen in tobacconists and any other shops or public places.

The person supplying one of these products must require the customer to prove that he or she has reached the age of majority.

For the application of this article, in the local authorities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution, in Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the words: “tobacconists and” are deleted.

Il est interdit de vendre ou d’offrir gratuitement, dans les débits de tabac et tous commerces ou lieux publics, à des mineurs de moins de dix-huit ans des produits du vapotage.

La personne qui délivre l’un de ces produits exige du client qu’il établisse la preuve de sa majorité.

Pour l’application du présent article, dans les collectivités régies par l’article 73 de la Constitution, à Saint-Martin, à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, les mots : “ les débits de tabac et ” sont supprimés.
