Products that are medicinal products or medical devices within the meaning of articles L. 5111-1 and L. 5211-1 do not constitute vaping products.

An ingredient is considered to be an additive as well as any other substance or element present in a vaping product.

Direct or indirect propaganda or advertising for vaping products is prohibited.
