Article L353-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Natural persons guilty of one of the offences referred to in articles L. 353-1 and L. 353-2 are also liable to the following additional penalties:

1° Disqualification from civic, civil and family rights, in accordance with the provisions of article 131-26 of the Criminal Code ;

2° Disqualification, in accordance with the provisions of article 131-27 of the Criminal Code, from holding a public office or engaging in a professional or social activity in the course of or in connection with which the offence was committed, for a period of up to five years;

3° Posting or broadcasting the sentence, in accordance with the conditions set out in article 131-35 of the Criminal Code.

Article L353-3

Les personnes physiques coupables de l’un des délits mentionnés aux articles L. 353-1 et L. 353-2 encourent également les peines complémentaires suivantes :

1° L’interdiction des droits civiques, civils et de famille, suivant les modalités prévues par l’article 131-26 du code pénal ;

2° L’interdiction, suivant les modalités prévues par l’article 131-27 du code pénal, d’exercer une fonction publique ou d’exercer une activité professionnelle ou sociale dans l’exercice ou à l’occasion de laquelle l’infraction a été commise, pour une durée de cinq ans au plus ;

3° L’affichage ou la diffusion de la décision prononcée, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 131-35 du code pénal.
