Article L356-26 of the French Insurance Code

The undertakings referred to in Article L. 310-1 and in 1° of III of Article L. 310-1-1 belonging to a financial conglomerate within the meaning of Article L. 517-3 of the Monetary and Financial Code are subject to supplementary supervision under the conditions laid down in Chapter VII of Title I of Book V of the Monetary and Financial Code and in Chapter III of Title III of Book VI of the same Code, without prejudice to the sector-specific rules referred to in 2° of Article L. 517-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code which are applicable to them.

Article L356-26

Les entreprises mentionnées à l’article L. 310-1 et au 1° du III de l’article L. 310-1-1 appartenant à un conglomérat financier au sens de l’article L. 517-3 du code monétaire et financier font l’objet d’une surveillance complémentaire dans les conditions prévues par le chapitre VII du titre Ier du livre V du code monétaire et financier et par le chapitre III du titre III du livre VI du même code, sans préjudice des règles sectorielles mentionnées au 2° de l’article L. 517-2 du code monétaire et financier qui leur sont applicables.
