In the exercise of its powers, the metropole of Lyon has the same rights and is subject to the same obligations as the public establishments of inter-municipal cooperation with their own tax status.

In the exercise of its powers, the president of the council of the metropole has the same rights and is subject to the same obligations as the presidents of public establishments of inter-municipal cooperation with their own tax status.

In addition, unless otherwise stipulated, the metropolis of Lyon and its president respectively have the prerogatives directly attributed by law to public establishments of inter-municipal cooperation with their own tax status and to the presidents of these establishments.

The metropolis of Lyon is eligible for the same aid, subsidies and support schemes as public establishments of inter-municipal cooperation with their own tax status.

Pour l’exercice de ses compétences, la métropole de Lyon dispose des mêmes droits et est soumise aux mêmes obligations que les établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre.

Pour l’exercice de ses compétences, le président du conseil de la métropole dispose des mêmes droits et est soumis aux mêmes obligations que les présidents d’établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre.

En outre, sauf disposition contraire, la métropole de Lyon et son président disposent respectivement des prérogatives attribuées directement par la loi aux établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre et aux présidents de ces établissements.

La métropole de Lyon est éligible aux mêmes aides, subventions et dispositifs de soutien que les établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre.
