For the application of article L. 3515-1 in Mayotte, the words: “inarticle L. 8112-1 of the Labour Code ” are replaced by the words: “inarticle L. 610-1 of the Labour Code applicable to Mayotte ” and the words: “L. 8113-1 to L. 8113-5 and L. 8113-7 of the Labour Code” are replaced by the words: “L. 610-6 to L. 610-9 of the Labour Code applicable to Mayotte”.
