Article L385-7 of the French Insurance Code

Without prejudice to their other information obligations, supplementary occupational pension funds shall publish an annual report on their solvency and financial situation. In the event of a major event significantly affecting the relevance of the information contained in this report, the funds shall publish information on the nature and effects of this event.

Supplementary occupational pension funds shall put in place appropriate structures and systems to meet the requirements set out in the previous paragraph. In application of Article L. 354-1, they shall draw up written policies guaranteeing that the information published complies with the requirements of this chapter at all times.

Sans préjudice des autres obligations d’information leur incombant, les fonds de retraite professionnelle supplémentaire publient annuellement un rapport sur leur solvabilité et leur situation financière. En cas d’événement majeur affectant significativement la pertinence des informations contenues dans ce rapport, les fonds publient des informations relatives à la nature et aux effets de cet événement.

Les fonds de retraite professionnelle supplémentaire mettent en place des structures et systèmes appropriés permettant de répondre aux exigences énoncées à l’alinéa précédent. En application de l’article L. 354-1, ils élaborent des politiques écrites garantissant l’adéquation permanente aux exigences du présent chapitre des informations publiées.
