The agency is authorised to carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to its mission of managing and developing the holiday voucher scheme. It contributes to the implementation of social tourism policies.
The agency enters into agreements with service providers to promote and market holiday vouchers in companies with fewer than fifty employees.
In accordance with the guidelines laid down by its Board of Directors, it allocates social aid for actions relating to tourism and leisure facilities and for actions contributing to access to holidays for all.
It promotes the holiday voucher scheme internationally by exporting its know-how to countries that ask it to set up or manage a holiday voucher scheme, and by responding to calls for tender to carry out tourism engineering operations. These services are remunerated.
