Article L4113-1-1 of the French Public Health Code

Bodies, particularly training bodies, awarding the training courses, diplomas, certificates or qualifications mentioned in Article L. 4113-1 shall transmit certified information concerning the diplomas, certificates, qualifications or training attestations awarded to persons likely to practise one of the medical professions to the service or body designated for this purpose by the Minister for Health.

A Conseil d’Etat decree sets out the conditions for application of the first paragraph, in particular the categories of information concerned and the date on which this system is implemented.

Les organismes, notamment de formation, délivrant les formations, diplômes, certificats ou titres mentionnés à l’article L. 4113-1 transmettent au service ou à l’organisme désigné à cette fin par le ministre chargé de la santé des informations certifiées concernant les diplômes, certificats, titres ou attestations de formation délivrés aux personnes susceptibles d’exercer l’une des professions médicales.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat fixe les conditions d’application du premier alinéa, notamment les catégories d’informations concernées et la date à laquelle ce dispositif est mis en œuvre.
