Article L4132-7 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the provisions of articles L. 4124-10-1, L. 4132-8 and L. 4132-8-1, the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance of the Ordre des Médecins comprises eight full members and eight alternate members elected in equal numbers by the Regional Council to which the Chamber is attached, from among the members of the Regional Council to which it belongs and the members and former members of the Councils of the Ordre.

The Chamber sits as a panel of at least five members.

Sous réserve des dispositions des articles L. 4124-10-1, L. 4132-8 et L. 4132-8-1, la chambre disciplinaire de première instance de l’ordre des médecins comprend huit membres titulaires et huit membres suppléants élus, en nombre égal, par le conseil régional auprès duquel siège la chambre, parmi, d’une part, les membres du conseil régional dont elle dépend et, d’autre part, les membres et anciens membres des conseils de l’ordre.

La chambre siège en formation d’au moins cinq membres.
