Make An Appointment

Article L4135-15-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the regional council is renewed, the deliberation fixing the allowances of its members pursuant to this section shall take place within three months of its installation.

Any deliberation of the regional council concerning the allowances of one or more of its members shall be accompanied by an annexed table summarising all the allowances allocated to the members of the regional council.

Lorsque le conseil régional est renouvelé, la délibération fixant les indemnités de ses membres en application de la présente section intervient dans les trois mois suivant son installation.

Toute délibération du conseil régional concernant les indemnités de fonction d’un ou de plusieurs de ses membres est accompagnée d’un tableau annexe récapitulant l’ensemble des indemnités allouées aux membres du conseil régional.
