The agents mentioned in article L. 411-1 who note the unlawful exploitation of a number of cinemas or spectator seats, with regard to article L. 212-10-2, draw up a report that they send to the representative of the State in the département where the cinema concerned is located.

Les agents mentionnés à l’article L. 411-1 qui constatent l’exploitation illicite d’un nombre de salles ou de places de spectateur, au regard de l’article L. 212-10-2, établissent un rapport qu’ils transmettent au représentant de l’Etat dans le département d’implantation de l’établissement de spectacles cinématographiques concerné.
