Article L421-33 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The spouse of the foreign national mentioned in the third paragraph of Article L. 421-31, as well as the couple’s children, will be issued with a temporary residence permit bearing the words “mobile ICT trainee (family)” under the conditions set out in Article L. 421-32, without the condition set out in Article L. 412-1 being applicable.

Le conjoint de l’étranger mentionné au troisième alinéa l’article L. 421-31, ainsi que les enfants du couple, se voient délivrer une carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” stagiaire mobile ICT (famille) ” dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 421-32, sans que soit opposable la condition prévue à l’article L. 412-1.
