The measures taken by the European Commission pursuant to Article 53 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety and Article 13 of Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 December 2001 on general product safety, which contain provisions falling within the scope of this Title, constitute measures implementing Article L. 412-1.
