Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article L. 433-1 la carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” recherche d’emploi ou création d’entreprise ” n’est pas renouvelable. L’autorité administrative ne peut procéder à des vérifications qu’à l’expiration d’un délai de trois mois suivant sa délivrance.
