Article L4222-10 of the French Public Health Code

The conditions for registration on the Roll of the Association of all pharmacists referred to in Title IV of Book I of Part V, other than the pharmacists referred to in article L. 5143-2 , and the procedures for verifying the professional qualifications referred to in article L. 4222-9, shall be determined, where necessary, by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L4222-10

Sont déterminées, en tant que de besoin, par décret en Conseil d’Etat, les conditions d’inscription au tableau de l’ordre de tous les pharmaciens mentionnés au titre IV du livre Ier de la partie V, autres que les pharmaciens mentionnés à l’article L. 5143-2 ainsi que les modalités de vérification des qualifications professionnelles mentionnées à l’article L. 4222-9.
