Article L4222-3 of the French Public Health Code

The regional council of section A or the central council of section B, C, D, E, G or H decides on the application for inclusion on the roll within a maximum of three months from receipt of the application accompanied by a complete file.

In the case of third-country nationals, the time limit is extended to six months if an investigation outside mainland France is required. The person concerned will be notified.

Article L4222-3

Le conseil régional de la section A ou le conseil central de la section B, C, D, E, G ou H statue sur la demande d’inscription au tableau dans un délai maximum de trois mois à compter de la réception de la demande accompagnée d’un dossier complet.

En ce qui concerne les ressortissants des Etats tiers, le délai est porté à six mois lorsqu’il y a lieu de procéder à une enquête hors de la France métropolitaine. L’intéressé en reçoit notification.
