Article L424-12 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The time limit for issuing the multiannual residence permit provided for in Article L. 424-9 from the decision granting the benefit of subsidiary protection by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons or the National Court of Asylum is set by decree in the Council of State.

Le délai pour la délivrance de la carte de séjour pluriannuelle prévue à l’article L. 424-9 à compter de la décision accordant le bénéfice de la protection subsidiaire par l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides ou la Cour nationale du droit d’asile est fixé par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
