Chapter IV: RESIDENCE PERMITS GRANTED TO BENEFICIARIES OF INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION

The time limit for issuing the residence permit provided for in Article L. 424-1 after the decision to recognise refugee status by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons or the National Court of Asylum is set by decree in the Council of State. .
