A foreign national who has been granted stateless status under Book V will be issued with a multi-annual residence permit bearing the words “beneficiary of stateless status” for a maximum period of four years.
L’étranger qui a obtenu le statut d’apatride en application du livre V se voit délivrer une carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” bénéficiaire du statut d’apatride ” d’une durée maximale de quatre ans.
Cette carte est délivrée dès la première admission au séjour de l’étranger.
