Article L4244-2 of the French Public Health Code

The creation of training centres for hospital pharmacy assistants is subject to authorisation issued by the President of the Regional Council, after consultation with the State representative in the region.

The President of the Regional Council approves the directors of the training centres for hospital pharmacy assistants, after obtaining the opinion of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

The authorisations and approvals referred to in this article may be withdrawn in the event of failure to comply with the legislative or regulatory provisions governing the organisation of training and in the event of incapacity or serious misconduct on the part of the directors of these training centres.

The conditions under which authorisations and approvals are issued are laid down by regulation.

Article L4244-2

La création des centres de formation de préparateurs en pharmacie hospitalière fait l’objet d’une autorisation délivrée par le président du conseil régional, après avis du représentant de l’Etat dans la région.

Le président du conseil régional agrée, après avis du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, les directeurs des centres de formation de préparateurs en pharmacie hospitalière.

Les autorisations et agréments mentionnés au présent article peuvent être retirés en cas de non-respect des dispositions législatives ou réglementaires régissant l’organisation de la formation et d’incapacité ou de faute grave des dirigeants de ces centres de formation.

Les conditions dans lesquelles sont délivrés les autorisations et les agréments sont fixées par voie réglementaire.
