Article L425-1 of the French Consumer Code

Manufacturers or importers of unmanned aircraft shall include an information leaflet on the use of these aircraft in the packaging of their products and spare parts. This leaflet sets out the principles and rules to be observed when using these aircraft in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations.

The obligation defined in the first paragraph shall apply to all aircraft flying without a crew.
The obligation defined in the first paragraph applies to the seller of a second-hand aircraft.
A decree in the Council of State shall specify the terms and conditions of application of this article.

Article L425-1

Les fabricants ou importateurs d’aéronefs circulant sans équipage à bord incluent dans les emballages de leurs produits ainsi que dans les emballages de leurs pièces détachées une notice d’information relative à l’usage de ces aéronefs. Cette notice rappelle les principes et les règles à respecter pour utiliser ces appareils en conformité avec la législation et la réglementation applicables.

L’obligation définie au premier alinéa s’impose au vendeur d’un aéronef d’occasion.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat précise les modalités d’application du présent article.
