Article L431-7 of the French Consumer Code

The persons, trade unions and associations mentioned in the first two paragraphs of article L. 431-6 who claim to have been injured by acts prohibited by articles L. 431-2 and L. 431-4 may bring a civil action in accordance with the provisions of the code de procédure pénale.
