Article L432-7 of the French Consumer Code

The conditions for the simultaneous use, for the labelling of a foodstuff or a non-food, unprocessed agricultural product, with the exception of wines, spirit drinks and intermediate products, of a product or service mark and a reference to one of the methods of recovery mentioned in the article L. 640-2 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code, are specified by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L432-7

Les conditions d’utilisation simultanée, pour l’étiquetage d’une denrée alimentaire ou d’un produit agricole non alimentaire et non transformé, à l’exception des vins, des boissons spiritueuses et des produits intermédiaires, d’une marque de produits ou de services et d’une référence à l’un des modes de valorisation mentionnés à l’article L. 640-2 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, sont précisées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
