Article L4422-24 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Executive Council of Corsica directs the action of the territorial collectivity of Corsica, under the conditions and within the limits set by this title, particularly in the areas of economic and social development, educational and cultural action and spatial planning.

It draws up, in consultation with the local authorities of the island, and implements the plan for the development and sustainable development of Corsica.

Article L4422-24

Le conseil exécutif de Corse dirige l’action de la collectivité territoriale de Corse, dans les conditions et limites fixées par le présent titre, notamment dans les domaines du développement économique et social, de l’action éducative et culturelle et de l’aménagement de l’espace.

Il élabore, en concertation avec les collectivités locales de l’île, et met en oeuvre le plan d’aménagement et de développement durable de Corse.
