Chaque année, le représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité territoriale de Corse informe l’Assemblée, par un rapport spécial, de l’activité des services de l’Etat dans la collectivité territoriale de Corse. Ce rapport donne lieu à un débat en présence du représentant de l’Etat.
