Article L4433-7-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The regional development plan, for the implementation of its guidelines on the protection and restoration of biodiversity, includes the following developments in particular:

1° It presents the ecological continuities chosen to make up the territory’s green and blue network and identifies the elements that make it up;

> It defines the guidelines and rules for the protection and restoration of biodiversity.
2° It defines the guidelines and rules designed to preserve and restore these continuities and indicates the main measures that could be taken to this end by other local authorities, organisations or individuals;

3° It includes a map of the elements of the regional green and blue network and a map of the objectives for preserving or restoring ecological continuity.

Article L4433-7-1

Le schéma d’aménagement régional, pour la mise en œuvre de ses orientations en matière de protection et de restauration de la biodiversité, comporte notamment les développements suivants :

1° Il présente les continuités écologiques retenues pour constituer la trame verte et bleue du territoire et identifie les éléments qui la composent ;

2° Il définit les orientations et règles destinées à préserver et à remettre en bon état ces continuités et indique les principales mesures qui pourraient être prises à cet effet par d’autres collectivités, organismes ou personnes ;

3° Il comporte une carte des éléments de la trame verte et bleue régionale et une carte des objectifs de préservation ou de remise en bon état des continuités écologiques.
