Article L451-3 of the French Insurance Code

In the event of a road traffic accident involving a vehicle normally based in the territory of the French Republic, the information centre shall provide the information specified in 1° to 5° of article L. 451-1 to the insurance companies of the injured parties, to the guarantee fund mentioned in article L. 421-1, to the compensation body mentioned in article L. 424-1 and to the national insurance bureau mentioned in article L. 421-15.

Article L451-3

En cas d’accident de la circulation mettant en cause un véhicule ayant son stationnement habituel sur le territoire de la République française, l’organisme d’information fournit les informations prévues aux 1° à 5° de l’article L. 451-1 aux entreprises d’assurance des personnes lésées, au fonds de garantie mentionné à l’article L. 421-1, à l’organisme d’indemnisation mentionné à l’article L. 424-1 et au bureau national d’assurance mentionné à l’article L. 421-15.
