Article L461-1 of the French Consumer Code

For the application of article L. 412-6 in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the words: “in Article 38 of EU Regulation No 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 on the common organisation of the markets in fisheries and aquaculture products, amending Council Regulations No 1184/2006 and No 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulation No 104/2000” are replaced by the words: “by the rules applicable in mainland France under Article 38 of EU Regulation No 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 on the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products, amending Council Regulations No 1184/2006 and No 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulation No 104/2000”.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 412-6 à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, les mots : “ à l’article 38 du règlement UE n° 1379/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 11 décembre 2013 portant organisation commune des marchés dans le secteur des produits de pêche et de l’aquaculture, modifiant les règlements n° 1184/2006 et n° 1224/2009 du Conseil et abrogeant le règlement n° 104/2000 du Conseil ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ par les règles applicables en métropole en vertu de l’article 38 du règlement UE n° 1379/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 11 décembre 2013 portant organisation commune des marchés dans le secteur des produits de pêche et de l’aquaculture, modifiant les règlements n° 1184/2006 et n° 1224/2009 du Conseil et abrogeant le règlement n° 104/2000 du Conseil ”.
