The inter-company occupational health and prevention service provides its member companies and their workers with a basic set of services which must cover all the tasks provided for in article L. 4622-2 in terms of occupational risk prevention, individual monitoring of workers and prevention of occupational deintegration, the list and procedures for which are defined by the national occupational health and prevention committee and approved by regulation. In the absence of a decision by the committee, at the end of a period determined by decree, this list and these procedures are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
In compliance with the general tasks set out in the same article L. 4622-2, it may also propose a range of additional services that it determines.
