The mission of the National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions is:

1° To contribute to the development and encouragement of research, experiments or achievements in the field of improving working conditions;

2° To gather and disseminate information concerning, in France and abroad, any action aimed at improving working conditions;

3° To support company initiatives to assess and prevent occupational risks and to promote the quality of life and working conditions.

Article L4642-1

L’Agence nationale pour l’amélioration des conditions de travail a pour mission :

1° De contribuer au développement et à l’encouragement de recherches, d’expériences ou réalisations en matière d’amélioration des conditions de travail ;

2° De rassembler et de diffuser les informations concernant, en France et à l’étranger, toute action tendant à améliorer les conditions de travail ;

3° D’appuyer les démarches d’entreprise en matière d’évaluation, de prévention des risques professionnels et de promotion de la qualité de vie et des conditions de travail .
