The decisions of the court ruling in summary proceedings provided for in this chapter may not result in the termination or suspension of the employment contract or in any pecuniary prejudice to the employees concerned.

Les décisions du juge judiciaire statuant en référé prévues au présent chapitre ne peuvent entraîner ni rupture, ni suspension du contrat de travail, ni aucun préjudice pécuniaire à l’encontre des salariés concernés.
