Officials responsible for economic protection of consumers are empowered by order of the Minister for the Economy to investigate and record infringements and breaches of the provisions mentioned in sub-section 2 of section 1 of chapter I under the conditions defined therein.

Des fonctionnaires chargés de missions de protection économique des consommateurs sont habilités par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie à rechercher et constater les infractions et les manquements aux dispositions mentionnées à la sous-section 2 de la section 1 du chapitre Ier dans les conditions définies par celles-ci.
