Make An Appointment

Article L511-4 of the French Consumer Code

Category A Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control officials, specially authorised for this purpose by the Minister of Justice, on the proposal of the Minister for the Economy, may receive letters rogatory from examining magistrates to investigate and record the offences provided for in Books I, II and III and in Articles L. 413-1, L. 413-2, L. 441-1and L. 452-1.

Des fonctionnaires de catégorie A de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes, spécialement habilités à cet effet par le ministre de la justice, sur la proposition du ministre chargé de l’économie, peuvent recevoir des juges d’instruction des commissions rogatoires pour rechercher et constater les infractions prévues aux livres Ier, II et III ainsi qu’aux articles L. 413-1, L. 413-2, L. 441-1 et L. 452-1.
