Article L512-83 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

In the event of the dissolution followed by the liquidation of a regional mutual or union, the remaining assets, after payment of the company’s debts and reimbursement of the capital actually paid in, shall be allocated, by decision of the general meeting under conditions determined by the decree provided for in Article L. 512-84, to other maritime mutual credit institutions, to maritime cooperation organisations or to works of maritime social interest approved for this purpose.

Article L512-83

En cas de dissolution suivie de la liquidation d’une caisse régionale ou d’une union, le reliquat de l’actif, après paiement des dettes sociales et remboursement du capital effectivement versé, est affecté, par décision de l’assemblée générale dans des conditions déterminées par le décret prévu à l’article L. 512-84, à d’autres établissements de crédit maritime mutuel, à des organismes de coopération maritime ou à des œuvres d’intérêt social maritime agréées à cet effet.
