Authorisation for the creation, transfer or grouping of pharmacies does not take effect until three months have elapsed from notification of the authorisation order.

At the end of the three-month period, the pharmacy whose creation, transfer or grouping with another pharmacy has been authorised must be effectively open to the public within two years of notification of the licence order. This period may be extended by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency in cases of proven force majeure.

L’autorisation de création, transfert ou de regroupement d’officines ne prend effet qu’à l’issue d’un délai de trois mois à compter de la notification de l’arrêté d’autorisation.

A l’issue du délai de trois mois, l’officine dont la création, le transfert ou le regroupement avec une autre officine a été autorisé, doit être effectivement ouverte au public dans les deux ans à compter de la notification de l’arrêté de licence. Cette période peut être prolongée par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé en cas de force majeure constatée.
