Article L5132-16 of the French Labour Code

Subject to the provisions of Article L. 5132-17, a decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the conditions for the application of this chapter, in particular the conditions for the performance, monitoring, renewal and control of the agreements entered into with the State, as well as the procedures for their suspension or termination.

Sous réserve des dispositions de l’article L. 5132-17, un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les conditions d’application du présent chapitre, notamment les conditions d’exécution, de suivi, de renouvellement et de contrôle des conventions conclues avec l’Etat ainsi que les modalités de leur suspension ou de leur dénonciation.
