Article L5134-19-2 of the French Labour Code

The President of the Departmental Council may delegate all or part of the decision to award the work integration aid referred to in article L. 5134-19-1 to the institution referred to in article L. 5312-1 or to any other body it designates for this purpose.

Article L5134-19-2

Le président du conseil départemental peut déléguer tout ou partie de la décision d’attribution de l’aide à l’insertion professionnelle mentionnée à l’article L. 5134-19-1 à l’institution mentionnée à l’article L. 5312-1 ou à tout autre organisme qu’il désigne à cet effet.
