Persons fulfilling one of the conditions mentioned in 3° to 7° of article L. 5141-1 as well as persons aged fifty and over registered on the jobseekers’ list may benefit from financial assistance from the State.
The decision to grant this aid implies a decision to grant the rights mentioned inarticle L. 131-6-4 of the Social Security Code.
Les personnes remplissant l’une des conditions mentionnées aux 3° à 7° de l’article L. 5141-1 ainsi que les personnes de cinquante ans et plus inscrites sur la liste des demandeurs d’emploi peuvent bénéficier d’une aide financière de l’Etat.
La décision d’attribution de cette aide emporte décision d’attribution des droits mentionnés à l’article L. 131-6-4 du code de la sécurité sociale.
