Article L5141-2 of the French Labour Code

Persons fulfilling one of the conditions mentioned in 3° to 7° of article L. 5141-1 as well as persons aged fifty and over registered on the jobseekers’ list may benefit from financial assistance from the State. Article L5141-3 of the French Labour Code

People who meet one of the conditions mentioned in 1° to 9° of article L. 5141-1 and who receive the specific solidarity allowance or the widowhood allowance provided for in article L. 356-1 of the Social Security Code receive State aid, granted for a period running from the date on which they set up or take over a business.
