Section 4: Financing of advisory, training and support services.

The region participates, by agreement, in the financing of support and advice actions organised before the creation or takeover of a business and during the following three years. These initiatives benefit people who are unemployed or experiencing difficulties in finding long-term employment, and for whom setting up or taking over a business is a means of accessing, maintaining or returning to employment.
