Article L5141-5 of the French Labour Code

The region participates, by agreement, in the financing of support and advice actions organised before the creation or takeover of a business and during the following three years. These initiatives benefit people who are unemployed or experiencing difficulties in finding long-term employment, and for whom setting up or taking over a business is a means of accessing, maintaining or returning to employment.

La région participe, par convention, au financement d’actions d’accompagnement et de conseil organisées avant la création ou la reprise d’une entreprise et pendant les trois années suivantes. Ces actions bénéficient à des personnes sans emploi ou rencontrant des difficultés pour s’insérer durablement dans l’emploi, pour lesquelles la création ou la reprise d’entreprise est un moyen d’accès, de maintien ou de retour à l’emploi.
