Article L5141-4 of the French Labour Code

People who fulfil one of the conditions mentioned in 1° to 9° of article L. 5141-1 and who receive the insertion allowance or the widowhood allowance are entitled to continued payment of their allowance under conditions laid down by decree.

Les personnes qui remplissent l’une des conditions mentionnées aux 1° à 9° de l’article L. 5141-1 et qui perçoivent l’allocation d’insertion ou l’allocation de veuvage ont droit au maintien du versement de leur allocation dans des conditions prévues par décret.
