I.-Each holder of a personal activity account may consult the rights registered in the account and use them by accessing a free online service. This online service is managed by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, without prejudice to article L. 4162-11. The Caisse des dépôts et consignations and the Caisse nationale d’assurance vieillesse shall enter into an agreement defining the procedures for linking the various accounts and for their use by the account holder.
II – Each account holder also has access to an online services platform which :
1° Provides information on social security entitlements and the possibility of simulating them;
2° Gives access to a service for consulting pay slips, where these have been sent by the employer in electronic form under the conditions set out in article L. 3243-2 ;
3° Gives employees access to services that are useful for securing career paths and geographical and professional mobility.
The platform manager sets up programming interfaces enabling third parties to develop and provide these services.
III – A decree in the Conseil d’Etat, issued after consultation with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, determines the conditions under which personal data relating to the personal training account and the professional prevention account, as well as data from the nominative social declaration mentioned in article L. 133-5-3 of the social security code, may be used to provide the services mentioned in I and II of this article.
